The Blue Valley CAPS Experience

The CAPS experience is guided by five key principles that shape student growth. Through profession-based learning, students work on real-world projects with business and community partners. Responsiveness ensures programs evolve with local workforce needs, focusing on high-skill, high-demand careers. Students gain self-discovery and exploration by identifying their strengths, passions, and career interests. They also build essential professional skills development like time management and understanding workplace expectations. An entrepreneurial mindset is encouraged through creative thinking and problem-solving.
